We all know the importance of being responsible and willing to help Mama Earth. We strongly recommend you to return your jars so we can spread the love and respect over and over again!

For every 12 jars you return, you receive 1 free Hello Betina’s product.

These are all program policies:

• All jars must have the Hello Betina’s label on it - even if it’s a bit faded;
• Lids are not required;
• Jars must be clean;
• The size you return is the size you can trade for depending on our stock availability;
• Jars must be returned at Downtown Pick up locations and Farmer Markets (during Summer season) only;
• Chipped jars won’t be accepted;
